How we work with you.
What happens when you contact us? What are the general stages that you can expect throughout your project? We’ve outlined some of the major steps to give you an idea.
Meeting
We will meet with you and discuss your requirements.
Design & Planning
Depending on your requirements, we will put you in touch with our approved Architect company. They will meet with you to gain a clear insight to your requirements and draw up plans. If necessary, they will take care of the planning applications with your Local Council.
Construction
Once all plans have been approved, we will agree a date with you for work to commence. This is without a doubt an exciting part - the start of your project!
Development
Our team of trusted trades will be on site to make your dreams a reality. Our Managing Director will oversee the whole project on a daily basis.
Completion
Once works have been completed, you will get a final visit from Building Control who will then sign the project off. This means, we can then hand everything back over to you, but most of all, you can relax and enjoy what we've created.
